Payment:
We are in-network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield Insurance. BCBS benefits will be verified prior to your first appointment. Patients are responsible for the remainder of what insurance does not pay. Co-pays, where applicable, will be collected at every appointment. Submitting billing to BCBS does not guarantee payment. We are out of network with all other insurance companies. Your insurance company may have out of network physical therapy benefits which may reimburse for these services, some up to 80%. For out of network services, full payment is due at the time of service in the form of cash, check, card, or Health Savings Account (HSA). Unfortunately we are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid.
